Little Story Maker is a FREE app for iPad which lets students, teachers, and anyone else create eBooks including recorded voice audio as well as "text highlights," which are sentences that include individual words which highlight / change color when they are read. The main disadvantage of the app is that it can't export the videos outside to view in the photo roll or other apps.
