EN The new UniCredit Intranet has improved the daily online experience of the Group's employees, with an increase of more than 50% in the use of the intranet, a reduction in the time spent searching for information of two-thirds and an increase in employee satisfaction from 38% to 79%. It received recognition as the best intranet at the 2013 European Excellence Awards. The European Excellence Awards recognise and reward exceptional communications achievements at European level. The creativity, innovation, cost efficiency and strategy of the various intranet sites were evaluated to identify the best European intranet. It was here that the UniCredit intranet, as a single entry point for Group information, outranked its competitors in the category. The site is the result of continuous User-Centered Design work involving more than 3,500 UniCredit employees to design an informative and working intranet, inspired by everyday experience on the web, that meets the staff's daily needs. Il sito è il risultato di un lavoro costante di User Centered Design che ha coinvolto più di 3500 dipendenti di UniCredit per progettare uno strumento di informazione e di lavoro, ispirato alla quotidiana esperienza sul Web, che soddisfi tutte le necessità quotidiane.
