Disclosure: I received a free sample for review. The Verilux Happy Light is of potential benefit to people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (Winter Blues.) It is a Wide Spectrum Energy LIght (flourescent) intended to be used for 30-60 minutes a day. It's purported to improve your mood and energy levels. Comes with two "lenses" and provides 10,000 lux of light. A switch lets you choose between Hi, Low and off. The light sits on a swivel base that allows 15 degrees of movement forward and backwards. Lightweight and small footprint.
