This video walks you through creating an email template in MS Outlook step-by-step. If you often send emails that are the same or very similar, email templates let you create and save a standardised email. You can then very quickly recall that stadard email and either 1) send it, or 2) briefly edit it and then send it. Either way email templates will save you a huge amount of time.
