4x8 ho Train 3 track Layout

This a unique layout, I have looked at over a 100 videos on HO Trains and I have yet to see a 4x8 3 Track layout. What makes this layout Unique is that there are 3 main lines and the center track has 20" radius on the curves by mix matching 18' radius and 22' radius into the curve, the outer track is a 22" radius and inner track is an 18" radius curve no flex track just sectional pieces put to geather and it took me a while to figure out the dimenions of this layout and I can run 3 trains at one time, this is this a dc set up,I am not finished with this layout this is just the basic layout with track now I have to start on the scenery and the track ballasting.
