Extract Unity3D 3D Models as OBJ Format

This is a general video tutorial on explaining how to extract the 3D Model Data from Unity3D games, This has worked on all the games I've tested it with, (I never said that it works 100% completely!) but at times, it doesn't extract all the textures or models, that could be due to possibly some data is only available when the data is needed by the game.
