blackops3.exe has stopped working. [Solved]

SO basically, this is the second time that it's happening with me...with the first one fixed by a basic PC restart, I tried everything (PC restart 20 times, run as administrator, Verify integrity of game cache, re-install 4 times, System restore, disable Steam Cloud, Delete LPC/Video/players folder, ran it in safe mode) to fix the second one but no luck. Both times were caused by a PC restart when black ops 3 was running.. In the first time, nothing worked, but when I attempted a simple restart, it worked. The reason of the 1st time's restart while it was running was my mouse lag. I thought restarting my PC would work (Wireless Mouse). However, the reason of the 2nd time's restart was my monitor not syncing up with my PC as I left the PC on the entire night and went to bed while the monitor was off.
