Songs - Guild Wars OST 0 The Seraph Cowboy Bebop - Cat Blue Routine On Ball Stretch Full-body Routine Character Screen - Triple Set - 1-arm Push-ups, Typewriter Pull-ups, Table Leg Raises. (make sure to have a stable ) Complete Quests, Tasks, Challenges or Events - Alternate between 1-arm Push-ups, Typewriter Pull-ups and Table Leg Raises. (make sure to have a stable )Death/ Teleport - Grab the ball and jump squat with it three times. Being Revived/ Reviving - Grab ball and run to the other side of the room and run back. Or Jump Squat Conversation/Discover a Vista - Plank on Ball Enter/Exit an Instance - Lean your upper body back with your arms above your head. Gain a Level - 10 burpees Run a Long Distance - Hold Legs Out Navigating Menus/talking - Bobble Squat
