Yes it can !! And I am amazed by the absence of jellow effect. Only when diving down there is some jellow I use a 500mAh lipo and set my timer to 3 minutes so I land within 4 minutes to avoid crashing due to low battery, because I don't use a landing gear and my Runcam is the first thing that would hit the the ground....and we don't want thát to happen.
