Hello, I will demonstrate for you a way to convert HTML formatted eBook into an ePub format, which happens to be the format that Barnes and Noble and Apple iTunes accepts for the Nook and ipad 2 respectively. Sigil is a free epub application created by Google and can be found here: http://code.google.com/p/sigil/downloads/list Replay video capture (demo version w/ 2min limit) was used in making of this video.
