COFFEE BEER ICE CREAM SANDWICH RECIPE For the cookie: 2 eggs 130g brown soft sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 40g plain flour 1 tsp ground coffee 200g dark chocolate 30g salted butter 5 handfuls of stuff from the back of the cupboard!
