This recipe is bursting with flavour and makes 6 burgers, perfect for Summer barbecues or a quick and easy dinner option! Here's the recipe: 2 Sweet Potatoes 2 Red peppers 2 Red Onions Handful of Spinach 1 can (240g) of White beans 150g of couscous/quinoa 4 cloves of Garlic Pinch of Salt Pinch of Cumin Pinch of black pepper As little or as much chilli flakes as you like!!
