How do you onboard a client to ensure project success and lower your refund rates while at it? In this video I'm going to go through how we onboard clients and what our kickoff process looks like. Project plan An example of a project plan: Week 1: Setup interviews with 3 clients to better grasp what makes your company unique in your client's eyes, these takeaways will be used to improve both cold emails and profile Setting up directory profiles and collecting first reviews Week 2: Complete review of all directory listings currently used (awwards, squarespace, shopify) List recommendations for new directories to pursue Week 3: Review of current lead generation channels - recommendations for new channels to pursue (meetups, partnerships, podcasts) Review of current web language and agency positioning (for use in writing profiles and cold email campaigns) and recommend places for improvement First draft of 30/60/90 day marketing plan with a heavy focus on ROI Week 4: Final draft of marketing plan / presentation of findings Next steps: [4:17] To collect from your company: 1.
