Troubles while installing the Buffalo's LinkStation Firmware on a new hard drive.

I bought a LinkStation Pro just before leaving the USA to come back to France, and my LinkStation Pro's Hard Drive died ! The problem is that I can't make the warranty work in France, I have to send the NAS back to the USA, make the warranty work, and get it back by the post service...which is not very practical... So I decided to change the disc by my own, regardless the warranty... Peoples from the Buffalo's forum tried to help me, but it's quite hard to explain every single step I do to solve my problem, that's why I decided to create this video. The screen recording and the camera recording have been done at the very same time to show you what happened exactly.
