Resizing Photos on a Mac

I get asked this a lot, so I just made a quick screen capture to show how to resize BOTH the file size AND the pixel size of an image on a Mac. It is super fast and easy using the built in program called Preview. Correction: At the beginning I said that I pulled a photo out of "iTunes" - I meant to say iPhoto. (Which Apple now calls Photos)
