Create a striking neon T.Shirt in minutes - it's so easy! Using spray paints and a handmade stencil, you can experiment with different colours and designs. Remember - if you want a black outline around your main motif use a black felt tip to draw the shape on card. If you'd prefer your design without, simply use colouring pencil and rub out the line once the shape is cut out instead.
