This is a video on how to unlock the hidden Admin account on Vista and Windows 7. This will get rid of the annoying grayed out screen saying "are you sure??" It also lets you have access to almost any folder on any hard drive, this is because you are for the most part root admin. BE CAREFUL you can delete things and never even get a warning about system crash, depending on what you delete. Also note that you need to have an admin account on the computer before you can do this. This is really only useful in Vista. Windows 7 made it so you can use control panel to shut the "Are you sure?" option off. This does make your computer subject to hacking due to you allowing direct access to the root system. Only do this if you don't really care. This is NOT FOR HACKING. You will not be able to hack ANYTHING without an admin account at your disposal. Don't even bother trying to use this to get into a locked computer or anything like that. IT WON'T WORK. I'm sick of being called an idiot for people not knowing what they are talking about!
